- General Education Degree (GED) or High School Diploma; one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have completed junior year of college and be actively enrolled in an accredited, 4-year college or university with an major focused in Finance. GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have desire to drive results and participate in rotational schedule.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends, including evening and night shifts during rotational schedule.
- Must be available for the duration of the program for full time employment (40 hours per work week).
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word). Knowledge of 10-Key, Accounting and Database software, LSI, IGT, LMS, and InfoGenesis preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit.
