Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Description

Shift Graves – Shift Differential Eligible

  • Supervise all casino cage and vault cashiers for designated shift
  • Supports guest needs by completing cashier duties to ensure optimal timeliness of service
  • Prepare and review currency transaction reports, fills, and credits for live games, and jackpots
  • Assist in troubleshooting guest concerns
  • Stay informed about current property events and effectively communicate relevant information to guests and cashiers
  • Promote the loyalty rewards card program and its benefits to acquire new players

Qualifications

  • Two to four years of related guest service experience and/or training, or an equivalent of education and experience
  • One to two years of leadership experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Proficient in computer use, including, keyboarding, Microsoft Office Suite, Email, databases, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn casino specific software
  • Strong math skills:  ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
