Summary:
Oversees daily operations of a designated F&B outlet, ensuring smooth shift management, excellent guest service, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise outlet operations and support performance and profit goals.
    • Coordinate shift schedules and staffing needs.
    • Promote and maintain high customer service standards.
    • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
    • Ensure compliance with gaming laws and health regulations.
    • Support administrative tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum two years of Food & Beverage experience and two years of supervisory experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write reports and present to groups.
  • Basic math skills, including ability to calculate percentages and interpret data.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Must complete ServSafe Alcohol certification.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Oversee staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Lead employee recognition efforts to enhance engagement.
  • Participate in hiring, scheduling, and assigning work to meet business needs.
  • Manage workflow and ensure efficient operations.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary recommendations as needed.
