Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. - This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members. - Fits and tailors new uniforms for staff. Provides alterations for uniformed team members when appropriate. - Properly identifies garments which can be repaired and discards garments which are beyond repair after reassigning new uniform to team member. - Reports to the Wardrobe Manager or Supervisor of repair work on any uniform which may appear to be intentionally damaged. - informs Wardrobe Manager or Supervisor of style flaws which may be reason for repair work occurring with a particular uniform item. - Supports uniform handling activities in the Wardrobe areas including restocking clean uniforms. - Ensures machines are properly maintained and in working condition. Cleans and oils sewing machine as needed. - Ensures Wardrobe and work areas are organized, clean, and safe at all times. - Maintains high standards of customer service, a positive attitude, and exceptional relations with company team members at all times. - Assists with accurate inventory of all supplies necessary to ensure proper job performance. - Makes complex adjustments and alterations to garments. - Repairs worn or damaged garments as needed. - Lays out patterns on fabric, cuts, and sews to make new uniforms as needed. - Enters new team member data into the computer system to develop the team member record. - Dispenses new uniforms to team members and affixes team member clothing label to the garment. - Collects soiled garments and scans team member label for laundering. - Receives laundered garments from dry cleaner, inspects for proper quantity, scans team member label, and places in proper storage slot. - Dispenses laundered uniforms to team members. - Completes payroll deduction sheets for purchased goods or lost/stolen garments. - Assists Attendants when necessary. - Other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. - Equivalent to 1–2 years of applied trades training on a particular or specialized garment occupation, requiring knowledge of tailoring techniques. - 1 year of Seamstress experience is preferred.  - Must be able to work from patterns, fitting chart, laundry reports, and instructions. - Must understand and speak the English language.   PHYSiCAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.  The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.  The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  The employee requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance.
