Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Created a positive guest experience. Above all, smile, be helpful and friendly.
• Answer any questions, take responsibility to get answers and anticipate our guest's needs and problems.
• Take reservations or seat according to outlet standards. Organize reservation book as directed by outlet manager. Seat guests upon arrival.
• Able to recommend dining special selections or features along with wine recommendations.
• Must be able to accommodate guests with last minute requests.
• Conduct any other related duties as assigned by Manager.
• Complete daily station chart, check control sheets if used. Assure all menu's are in presentable order and repair.
• Money handling procedures as established in Operational Standards manual must be observed at all times.
• Conduct shift change with few to no mistakes, no overages or shortages, as well as insuring all paperwork is accounted for in the cash drop.
• Contact Manager concerning any breakdowns and malfunctions of the MICROS systems
