Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. As our Brand Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for brand consistency across our portfolio. You’ll lead with clarity, collaborate across teams, and ensure every campaign, platform, and property reflects the PENN standard—bold, fun, polished, and unforgettable.

 

  • Own and manage the editorial calendar across PENN Entertainment, PENN Play, and all sub-brands.
  • Lead and coordinate corporate marketing campaigns that move the needle.
  • Serve as the project intake lead for owned channel campaign strategies from Corporate Marketing stakeholders—gathering insights, alignment, and setting the stage for execution.
  • Offer consumer-first feedback on campaign concepts and tactical plans.
  • Build clear, actionable briefs that guide teams and drive results.
  • Keep internal and external teams aligned, informed, and ready to deliver.
  • Monitor timelines, flag risks, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Be a central point of contact for follow-ups with agencies, partners, and internal teams.
  • Support the marketing team with organizational and project management tasks related to the brand like scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
  • Lead brand training sessions for property marketers and operators to ensure alignment and excellence.
  • Conduct brand audits across digital and physical channels to ensure every touchpoint is on-brand.
  • Partner with legal to manage brand IP and trademark usage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Brand Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an in-house marketing team or agency setting.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive alignment.
  • Sharp critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Deep understanding of digital and traditional media workflows.
  • Confident presenting to and collaborating with executives, clients, and partners.
