  • Adhere to all Food & Beverage Department policies and procedures.
  • Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
  • Deliver “ACES” guest service standards during every guest interaction.
  • Promote and model superior customer service in line with department and company expectations.
  • Ensure prompt, accurate delivery of food orders using correct seat numbers to avoid food auctioning.
  • Assist in clearing used dishes, glassware, and utensils from guest tables.
  • Comply with all Health Department standards.
  • Set tables with clean silverware, glassware, and linens as needed.
  • Replenish supplies of linens, dishes, glassware, and utensils in the dining area as needed.
  • Assist servers in enhancing the guest dining experience.
  • Complete assigned opening duties (e.g., folding napkins, prepping bread and butter portions).
  • Execute closing duties (e.g., cleaning food service trays, wrapping or discarding leftover items, etc).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo area and food running trays.
  • Maintain professional appearance in compliance with grooming standards.
  • Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with Boomtown’s Service Guarantees and Core Values.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the dining room manager, chef, or supervisor

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
