- Adhere to all Food & Beverage Department policies and procedures.
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
- Deliver “ACES” guest service standards during every guest interaction.
- Promote and model superior customer service in line with department and company expectations.
- Ensure prompt, accurate delivery of food orders using correct seat numbers to avoid food auctioning.
- Assist in clearing used dishes, glassware, and utensils from guest tables.
- Comply with all Health Department standards.
- Set tables with clean silverware, glassware, and linens as needed.
- Replenish supplies of linens, dishes, glassware, and utensils in the dining area as needed.
- Assist servers in enhancing the guest dining experience.
- Complete assigned opening duties (e.g., folding napkins, prepping bread and butter portions).
- Execute closing duties (e.g., cleaning food service trays, wrapping or discarding leftover items, etc).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo area and food running trays.
- Maintain professional appearance in compliance with grooming standards.
- Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with Boomtown’s Service Guarantees and Core Values.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the dining room manager, chef, or supervisor

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
