Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Provide friendly, polite, and professional service to all levels of Team Members.
• Order, receive and inventory all incoming/outgoing wardrobe items, ensuring compliance with property policies 
• Perform alterations to uniforms with regards to hems, repairs, proper fit, etc, in accordance with uniform guidelines 
• Maintain wardrobe shop, working areas, machines, tools, supplies and equipment in a clean, orderly and operable manner.
• Communicate any payroll deductions for purchase of additional or replacement wardrobe items in conjunction with departmental processes. 
• Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.

• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service related position. 
• Previous experience as an alterations specialist or seamstress, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment. 
• Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills 
• Ability to apply common sense, understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. 
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
