Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Ability to work with various computer applications and programs.
• Ability to review and comprehend all necessary documentation.
• Ability to compose, type, route, and file correspondence, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external guests and all levels of employees.
• Ability to use all equipment associated with the position including player-tracking system, AS/400, Delphi, Halo, computer, multi-line telephone, etc.
• Ability to review and comprehend player tracking screens, reports, and all other necessary information and documentation.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently move around all work areas

         Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge of and ability to operate both Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Independently initiates, follows up on, and complete assignments as well as special projects.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks.
• Ability to interface professionally with business contacts and customers.
• Sound interpersonal judgment and decision making skills in coordinating administrative tasks, using discretion when necessary, understanding the potential impact on the department.
• Demonstrated ability to make immediate decisions in order to determine Player’s Club qualifications and admission
• Understanding of property and department policies and procedures
• Thorough knowledge of player-tracking system(s) and comprehension of actual and theoretical player value.
