GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Save

  • (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive for this position.)
  • Responsible for actively building and retaining customer relations and acts as a mentor to employees in order to provide superior customer service.
  • Hires, trains, evaluates and manages staff to ensure that employees receive adequate guidance and resources to perform job responsibilities.
  • Develops and maintains department objectives, policies, procedures, and operates budget to ensure proper management of operations.
  • Manages Valet operations to ensure the safe, smooth flow of traffic to and from the garage and ensures accurate count of vehicles moved.
  • Investigates accidents and customer complaints and comments; follows up with involved supervisors/attendants to resolve the matter to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Manages Bell operations to ensure that guests are offered exemplary customer service in luggage transport to and from their room.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

  • Knowledge of programs in a hotel/casino environment.
  • Familiarity with local market.
  • Knowledge of hotel computer systems, telephone systems, financial reports
  • Prior experience in preparing and administering budgets and administration of capital expenditures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and subordinates.
  • Prior experience in managing valet operations.
  • This knowledge and these abilities are typically acquired through a high school or equivalent education, as well as 3 years of experience in any combination of the following: bell, valet, or hotel services, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity.
