The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary for Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast or Boomtown Casino Biloxi, as needed:

  

  • Maintains a visible presence on the casino floor to interact with guests and identify service opportunities.
  • Prepares and presents regular reports to management on player development performance and guest feedback.
  • Coordinates special requests and personalized services for VIP guests, including reservations, amenities, and entertainment according to established guidelines.
  • Makes accurate hotel, food outlet, and amenity reservations on behalf of the Player Development team.
  • Responsible for making phone calls to guests to collect reservation data for VIP events, host parties, and any other property events.
  • Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinates and executes all VIP according to established guidelines.
  • Responsible for inputting offers within applicable systems for promotional drawings and giveaways according to established guidelines.
  • Manages player tracking systems and ensures accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with high-value guests to encourage repeat visits and increased spend.
  • Assists with the scheduling and execution of player trips, including travel arrangements, itineraries, and on-property experiences.
  • Responsible for serving as a liaison between the property and the guest for gaming tournaments (including but not limited to slots, poker, and table games).
  • Assists with creation of gathering photo and video content as needed.
  • Assists in the creation and distribution of personalized communications and offers for targeted players.
  • Attends on and off property events and activities to engage with guests and gather feedback.
  • Tracks and reports on player reinvestment metrics and ROI of player development programs. Reports data to Manager.
  • Provides internal support related to each special event, promotion, or entertainment.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. 
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

  • Associate degree (A.A.) in Marketing or related area; one to six months experience in sales or customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Must have demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
  • Strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
  • Must be able to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends, as business needs dictate.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. 
  • Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
