Responsibilities include: 

  • Lead and supervise Banquet operations, ensuring timely setup, service, and breakdown of all events in accordance with established standards.
  • Coordinate closely with the Banquet Chef, Banquet Captain(s), Event Planning, and other F&B leaders to execute successful events and meet client expectations.
  • Serve as a floating manager, stepping into all F&B outlets—including casual dining, fine dining, bars, VIP, and Asian Cuisine—as business needs dictate.
  • Support outlet managers in overseeing daily service, staffing, guest interactions, and problem resolution.
  • Assist in creating efficient schedules across Banquets and other outlets as needed, and managing labor to meet both service and budgetary goals.
  • Participate in budget planning, cost control, inventory management, and operational forecasting for Banquets and supported outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and gaming regulations across all assigned areas.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members, maintaining high levels of engagement and service excellence.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout all food and beverage operations.

  • Associate degree (A.A.) in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of Banquet or multi-outlet F&B supervisory experience required.
  • Strong understanding of banquet service styles, event logistics, and outlet operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to multiple work environments and manage shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

STARTING SALARY

$57,000 to $65,000 annually, based on experience
