Responsibilities include:
- Lead and supervise Banquet operations, ensuring timely setup, service, and breakdown of all events in accordance with established standards.
- Coordinate closely with the Banquet Chef, Banquet Captain(s), Event Planning, and other F&B leaders to execute successful events and meet client expectations.
- Serve as a floating manager, stepping into all F&B outlets—including casual dining, fine dining, bars, VIP, and Asian Cuisine—as business needs dictate.
- Support outlet managers in overseeing daily service, staffing, guest interactions, and problem resolution.
- Assist in creating efficient schedules across Banquets and other outlets as needed, and managing labor to meet both service and budgetary goals.
- Participate in budget planning, cost control, inventory management, and operational forecasting for Banquets and supported outlets.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and gaming regulations across all assigned areas.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members, maintaining high levels of engagement and service excellence.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout all food and beverage operations.
