Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Manages and directs the daily operation of the Slot Technical department
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of work standards.
  • Evaluate operating procedures, recommend changes, and implement approved changes.
  • Develop and maintain a process for ordering and receiving inventory to track costs and maximize savings.
  • Develop procedures to assist Slot Shift Managers in the daily operations on the casino floor.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage major projects such as slot moves and machine conversions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of new systems and technology.
  • Manage compliance efforts and adhere to internal controls related to sensitive EPROMS’s, RAM, Clears, Progressives, etc.
  • Accurately maintain the slot file in Excel and/or other systems as necessary (ACSC, etc.).
  • Analyze EGD performance and make recommendations to optimize slot revenue.
  • Design and run system reports to ensure proper communication and overall health of the slot management system.
  • Maintain current knowledge of EGD hardware and software.
  • Ensure all Slot Technicians and Slot Tech Leadership are appropriately trained and the entire staff receives continuous training for potential development and advancement.
  • Ensure that all Slot Tech team members follow proper safety protocols at all times.
  • Maintain cooperation and coordination with other departments, including maintenance of table games and cage equipment as necessary.
  • Maintain clear and open communication upward, downward, and laterally.
  • Administer all team relations policies/administrative duties and enforce all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in managing team-related guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken.

  • Ability to operate routine office equipment, such as, copier, fax machine, typewriter, plotter, multilane telephone, 10-key, computer, printer is required
  • Familiarity with ACSC, PennGen, Tableau, and Auto CAD preferred
  • Ability to learn additional software as necessary
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive team member engagement
  • Strong time management & organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize and delegate tasks
  • Ability to counsel and develop subordinates

  • Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions, regulatory correspondence, project plans, etc.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally present information to Team Members, Executives, Vendors, Regulators, and other audiences as necessary.

 

Education and Experience

 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive use of Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, and Teams).
