Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. SUMMARY
This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new sales team from the ground up and shape the future of group and event sales in a state-of-the-art venue. You’ll play a key role in driving business for both Aurora and Joliet, representing an exciting mix of luxury hospitality, diverse dining, and world-class entertainment. In addition to selling 20,000 square feet of flexible event space, you’ll lead group sales efforts for our 220-room four-star hotel, attracting corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events. As part of the opening team, you won’t just be selling a space—you’ll be selling an experience.
