Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Maintains all digital signs, video walls, marquee signs, projectors, and audio equipment throughout the facility to ensure they are in proper working order. Adheres to maintenance schedule while minimizing costly emergency repairs.
  • Inputs messages into systems as requested by the Manager. This includes, not limited to monthly promotional messages, winner’s messages, pre-recorded announcements on the casino floor and video messages on the digital signs.
  • Performs necessary tasks to allow Video system messages to run on casino floor
  • Advance technical aspects to live entertainment, set-up, and operate live-sound & lighting system in various locations throughout the casino facility.
  • Works on audio system throughout the pavilion, restaurants and casino floor is programmed appropriately for each venue and perform tasks to always keep them in proper working order.
  • Assists Sales Department with technical support needs for incoming groups.
  • Provides user support, including working closely with any other designated users.
  • Keeps work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
  • Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age  
  •  Associate’s degree (A.A) in related field; two years of related experience and/or training in an AV environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with live sound reinforcement is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Ability to operate and maintain systems including but not limited to Q-Sys, Bright Author, Scala, Yamaha CL5, lighting DMX protocols, and Audinate Dante.
  • Ability to write business correspondence.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
