Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Develops and executes recruiting strategies to target qualified candidates and support diversity initiatives. 
  • Develops and executes recruiting strategies to build relationships with community groups, leaders, colleges, and university.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions through internal and external customer follow-up.
  • Monitors and develop new recruiting efforts through evaluating reports and results of departments' goals.
  • Supports and assist other Human Resource functional areas as needed.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Human Resource field.
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions. 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).
  • Must possess strong writing skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
  • Must have the ability to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Able to handle sensitive information and maintain complete confidentiality.
