Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Sets up rooms and out door spaces for the service of banquets, amenities and other special events
• Delivers requests for banquet customers in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Gathers supplies and materials for banquet functions.
• Sets and clears the function space as assigned.
• Moves significant amounts of furniture and other heavy equipment
• Maintains sanitary standards of the assigned banquet area.
• Assists the banquet team with the service of and efficient operation of banquets.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license
• Possession of TIPS or TAM certification
• Must be 18 years of age or older in order to work functions that include alcoholic beverage or are located in casino areas
• Must have valid original copy of birth certificate or passport
• Requires knowledge of Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture – Department of Food Safety and Sanitation regulations
• Required to be able to read, write and verbally communicate fluently in English
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• 3 months experience in a high volume, physically demanding position
