Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsible for the efficient operation of the Valet areas on assigned shift.   Essential Functions   - Enters vehicle information into the system - Make sure ticket is filled out completely - Professionally interacts with customers - Notifies management for any challenges - Organizes working station - Responsible for maintaining the highest level of Guest Service - Train new team members (Dispatchers only) - Thorough knowledge of the property - Other duties as assigned

- Ability to operate various motor vehicles - Ability to stand for long periods of time; withstand various temperature changes; withstand high frequency noises, sounds, and tones - Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel - Ability to perform basic math functions - Excellent communication skills - Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English - Understand and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures - Skilled in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports and responding to correspondence Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions - Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making skills   Required Certification/License     Valid Michigan driver’s license.
