- Promote and maintain all steps of the Customer Service program with each patron and employee you encounter.
- Promote a positive environment for all customers and employees to promote a return visit of customers and achieve job satisfaction for all employees.
- Support and assist with executing housekeeping initiatives.
- Assist in handling customer concerns.
- Step in and work alongside housekeeping staff to ensure teamwork, compliance, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Assist in ensuring standards and procedures for work performed by housekeeping staff are adhered to.
- Assist Casino Operations Leader in monitoring housekeeping staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and service standards.
- Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment.
- Submit to management any recommendations for improvement, repairs, furnishings, relocation of equipment, and reallocation of space.
- Record and submit to management any problems encountered on shift or area supervising.
- Periodically inventory supplies and equipment, and at times may assist in the ordering of needed supplies.
- Comply with company policies; all state and federal regulations; and internal controls as it relates to this position.
