Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
    • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
    • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for the team.
  • Recruitment Operations
    • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
    • Conduct executive searches for technical roles.
    • Optimize and manage ATS and recruitment tools to improve efficiency.
    • Implement data-driven recruitment practices and reporting.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
    • Strengthen the company’s employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships.
    • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years’ experience in leading people.
  • Must have proven success recruiting in the technology sector, along with executive search expertise.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, tools, and platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, ICIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with employer branding and DEI strategies.
