Overview: We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions on Sitecore XM Cloud, leveraging modern web technologies and headless architecture principles. This role involves collaborating with designers, product owners, and other engineers to deliver scalable, performant, and user-friendly digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain web applications using Sitecore XM Cloud and related technologies.
  • Implement headless CMS solutions with Sitecore, including integration with front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, etc.) and their core principles
  • Develop reusable components, templates, and services aligned with Sitecore best practices.
  • Integrate Sitecore XM Cloud with third-party APIs, personalization engines, and marketing automation tools.
  • Implement and manage DevOps practices for Sitecore XM Cloud (CI/CD, deployments, environment management).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of Sitecore-based applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to meet business and user needs.
  • Stay up to date with Sitecore product releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–5 years of hands-on Sitecore development experience, with at least 1 year in Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Experience with UI/UX Tools such as Figma for translating design to web.
  • Experience with accessibility and compliance of front-end applications around WCAG.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET, Sitecore JSS, SXA Headless, RESTFUL, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js
  • Familiarity with headless CMS architecture and Sitecore Content Hub integrations.
  • Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Tokens, OAuth, Azure Active Directory Federation.
  • Experience with front-end analytics such as Google Analytics or Mix Panel.
  • Understanding of
  • Sitecore Certified Developer or XM Cloud Certification.
  • Experience with Sitecore Search, Personalize, or CDP.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
