- Control inventory of china, silver, and glass and report numbers to management. Record any breakage of china, silver and glassware.
- Set up rooms for banquets. Attend BEO and related Food & Beverage meetings.
- Control all labor and chemical costs by helping Executive Steward to develop department budget.
- Develop departmental quality standards and train employees according to those standards.
- Follow all Human Resources policies and procedures by communicating such policies to employees and completing all necessary paperwork.
