We’re looking for passionate, talented, and driven culinary professionals to join our opening team. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens and are ready to showcase your skills in a fine-dining environment, this is your chance to shine.
Run your own station (sauté, grill, pasta, etc.) with precision and pride.
Execute advanced techniques: searing proteins, building pan sauces, preparing fresh pasta, and butchering seafood to spec.
Work with team members, ensuring consistency and quality.
Collaborate with the kitchen team on specials, menu rollouts, and service excellence.
Deliver beautifully plated dishes while keeping up with the energy of a bustling fine-dining floor.
2–3 years of progressive line experience in upscale or fine-casual kitchens (Italian cuisine a plus!).
Proven mastery of at least two stations (pasta, sauté, grill, etc.).
Strong communication skills and the ability to keep pace with coursed service.
A true passion for food, presentation, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
Must obtain and maintain all Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) Occupational Licensing.
Illinois Food Handler certification (within 30 days of hire).
Ability to stand for long periods, lift 35–50 lbs, and thrive in a high-energy casino restaurant environment.
