Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. - Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university preferred - three years experience within this technical field - Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word) - Ability to be contacted after hours or need to be available on an on call status and be able to respond quickly during emergency situations - Ability to communicate effectively, in both verbal and written form, with customers, outside contacts, and all levels of employees - Ability to read and write accurate and factual reports and support documents - Ability to lift, push, and pull cables and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs and effectively and efficiently move around work areas - Must be able to work with various tools used in the electronic, cctv, computer and electrical/mechanical fields including but limited to working on ladders, lifts and in crawl spaces - Knowledge and understanding of electronic, video, and alarm functions - Knowledge and understanding of computers, report writing and document management - Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to read and write concise and factual reports - Understanding of property and department policies and procedures - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all facets of work environment - This knowledge and these abilities are typically acquired through the education in technical schools, on the job experience in surveillance - Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
