WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Serve as the Shift Manager of Table Games in his/her absence.
  • Direct supervision of all activities related to the operation and conduct of Table Games and Poker. in this position you may also be responsible for exchanging currency into gaming cheques and reconciling the impressed Poker bank.
  • Responsible for technical game speed and execution of detail by both Dealers and Floor Persons.
  • Coordinate Dealer and Floor Person schedules and ensure that assigned pit is properly and sufficiently equipped.
  • Responsible for game protection including the identification of potential card counters, game accuracy, and overall dealer proficiency.
  • Conduct all procedures associated with opening and closing the shift including preparing dice, cards, and associated gaming equipment as well as accuracy in all Table Games transactions.
  • Responsible for all casino gaming activity in accordance with regulation.
  • Directly supervise, communicate with, recognize, reward, coach, and discipline Table Games team members; management accountability including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained to maximize efficiency and productivity by all team members (plan, supervise, and manage work processes of team members to ensure efficiency).
  • Manage the Poker Room and all associated processes including tournaments as needed.
  • Manage departmental expenses.
  • Directly oversee the handling of all guest related matters with positive outcomes on disagreements in a consistent, professional manner to ensure return visits.
  • Make decisions on discretionary and non-discretionary comping.
  • May be required to perform duties outside of normal job description where, in the company's judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest services.
  • Establish initial and ongoing training programs including conducting training sessions as needed.

  • You must have 3 years of Table Games experience in a managerial role within the last 10 years.
  • Extensive knowledge of all games offered (Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, Baccarat, Novelty Games) is required.
  • Must have prior experience working with Casino Operations Software (ACSC, Table View, Visual Limits, etc).
  • Supervisory responsibility over Table Game Operations.
  • Prior casino experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in ­­­­­­­Hospitality or Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests and regulatory agencies.
  • Must have the ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.
  • Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and PowerPoint.
