- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, clean and well groomed as per standards.
- Maintains cleanliness of events by picking up objects from floor and vacuuming before each function.
- Set tables per instructions with adequate amount of apace between chairs and other tables.
- Put table liner on tables and skirt tables. If liners are dirty, take to wardrobe department to be cleaned.
- Cloth and skirt bar tables.
- Set and or take down dance floor.
- Set and skirt stages and risers.
- Cloth and skirt any table that is being used for registration, AV equipment, raffles, etc.
- Pull banquet requisition, inform manager if equipment needs to be ordered.
- At end of function, stack all chairs and return chaffing pans to storage.
- During function, help facilitate movement of dirty dishes to utility; scrape plates, rack up glassware and sort silverware.
- During a plated function, plate up trays of food for the servers.
- During a buffet, facilitate food to buffet line to servers. Contact cooks when 1 pan of food is left in warmer.
- Responsible for organization of all storage areas
- Reports to work as scheduled in uniform.
- Knows and adheres to all pertinent company rules, processes and procedures.
- Stores and maintains all equipment in proper fashion.
- Answer guest questions when approached.
- Exhibit a good attitude towards guest and fellow employees.
- Perform any other duties as requested by the supervisor to satisfy the needs of the customer and Hollywood Casino Joliet Corp.
