Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

• Create player loyalty by building lasting relationships with our guests
• Be a PENN Play ambassador by knowing the ins and outs of our loyalty program and sharing with guests what it offers
• Communicate with our guests through multiple channels; communications include phone, email, mail, and in person greetings
• Create quarterly plans to target prospective high-end players with fading activity
• Plan and host parties, dinners, events, and trips for assigned players
• Acts as a resource to guests and fellow employees by maintaining a working knowledge of promotions and special events

• High school diploma required, and college degree preferred
• Casino Operations and Sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills in problem solving, mediation and listening
• Fully Competent in Microsoft Office
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
