Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. The Special Project Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all flooring and carpeted areas throughout the property are clean, well-maintained, and presented in accordance with company standards. This position supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations and plays a key role in maintaining a safe, polished, and welcoming environment for guests and Team Members.
Dust mop and wet mop floors in front-of-house areas
Strip, wax, buff, and maintain hard surface flooring in front-of-house areas
Shampoo carpets and clean upholstery throughout the property
Maintain cleanliness of ceilings, walls, and other high-reach surfaces as assigned
Operate, clean, and maintain floor care and cleaning equipment in proper working condition
Perform special projects as assigned by a supervisor
Perform reasonable, temporarily assigned duties outside the scope of the position when required to support efficiency, productivity, or guest service
Perform all duties in a safe manner and promptly report potential safety hazards to management
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous housekeeping experience a plus
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
Attention to details
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
