Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Summary

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional table service in an Asian cuisine restaurant environment. This role ensures that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering accurate orders, knowledgeable menu guidance, and attentive service, while maintaining the restaurant’s high standards of presentation and hospitality.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

• Provide menu recommendations and explain specialty dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring correct presentation and portioning.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to questions, concerns, or special requests.

• Prepare tables for service, including arranging place settings, utensils, and condiments according to restaurant standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section and dining areas.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service.

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.

• Process payments accurately and efficiently.

• Assist in training new servers as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous full service-dining or Asian cuisine service experience preferred.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.

• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Standing and walking for extended periods.

• Lifting and carrying trays up to 25–40 pounds.

• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of tableware.
