  • Serves as an ambassador of goodwill while working.
  • Promotes casino events and programs.
  • Provides personalized service and uses guest name.
  • Resolves service problems according to guidelines.
  • Works well with others. Practices timely and professional communication with fellow team members and leaders.
  • Operates a cash register/POS System, ringing proper amount and item(s) into the register and giving correct change; accounts for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to established procedure; maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
  • Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe, and presents drinks as required.
  • Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.
  • According to guidance, maintains stock and organization of all liquors, beers, wine, other beverages, glassware, fruit, ice, and other operating supplies, which includes, where applicable, FIFO.
  • Maintains a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization at all times of all guest-facing areas, as well as storage areas and cooler(s), in accordance with guidelines.
  • Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with establish guidelines and safety procedures.

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Read, write legibility, understand, and speak English.
  • Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy, which includes always meeting uniforms standards for the position.
  • Must be able to responds to visual and oral cues.
  • Able to quickly problem-solve and resolves service problems according to guidelines.
  • Able to work in constricting areas.
  • Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights.
  • Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodation including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintan required licensures.
