Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Promote and demonstrate all steps of the Company’s Guest Service standards with each guest and employee you come in contact with.
  • Promptly and appropriately greet guests arriving to the restaurant
  • Verbally interact with guests creating a fun and exciting atmosphere
  • Prepare condiment portions, salads, and food products to ensure correct portions and quantities are available for guests, as needed. Preparation of food products may include, but are not limited to chopping, slicing, cutting, pouring, sorting.
  • Assist in the fulfillment of all in-house and/or to-go food orders by expediting food to guest, including bagging order and ensuring order accuracy
  • Complete tasks to prepare for business including tasks such as wiping down station, wiping down menus, rolling and polishing stemware, refiling condiments
  • Effectively respond to the Supervisor’s requests in all areas of guest interaction and guest concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned station: assist with bussing tables, wiping tables and chairs, picking up trash, etc. as needed
  • Complete tasks for closing such as resetting a station for the next shift and completing *assigned side work
  • Follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products
  • Ensure condiments, supplies, and food products are stocked as needed; assist with inventory and inventory control
  • Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
  • Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements
  • Assist servers with table preparation as needed; remove any dirty dishes, silverware, and napkins.
  • Team Members may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description as mutually agreed to by the Union and Company where, in the Company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service

BRING US YOUR BEST.

  • Preferred high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.  The employee is regularly required to squat and bend and occasionally required to taste or smell.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 20 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
