Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Responsible for setting up, overseeing, maintenance of all Margaritaville Resort Casino entertainment equipment, tools, facility and running of equipment during entertainment events.
• Execute in a timely manner the sound and/or lighting of every show and events held in the Performance Hall, Margaritaville Restaurant, Pool area or any other area on property requiring light and sound.
• Work closely with marketing staff and Food & Beverage to ensure timely schedule of all events.
• Oversee maintenance of all entertainment facilities and equipment. Ensure all equipment is in good shape and up to code.
• Ensure adequate occupancy is being followed regarding Fire Marshall Code.
• Maintain adequate office supplies, forms and equipment.

• Minimum of two years of college including courses in Marketing, Entertainment, or related fields.
• One or more years appropriate experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communications, organizational and interpersonal skills
•  Creative thinker and fast learner, ability to communicate ideas effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of production equipment/show/event environment.
• Ability to deal with confidential tasks, with total discretion.
• Flexible, ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• PC computer literacy and ability including Microsoft Office for Windows.

• Noise levels can range from low/medium ambient to extremely loud.
