PAINTER

Job Summary:
The Painter is responsible for preparing and applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
• Apply paint, varnish, stains, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform minor repairs to surfaces as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous painting or maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of painting tools and techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift as required

Work Environment:

• May involve indoor and outdoor work
• Requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials
