Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.   • The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Supports Marketing Manager while focusing on operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
  • Develops and implements Social Media posting strategy consistent with operational goals in coordination with Manager.
  • May be responsible for ensuring all jobs are within budget and processed timely.
  • Develops, schedules, and monitors all Social Media feedback and content and responds in accordance with response rule best practices as set forth by corporate marketing or industry standards.
  • Responsible for Digital Marketing creative design and placement.
  • Manages all collateral and asset requests submitted to creative services team and works with properties and printing vendors to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Responsible for social media posting strategy logic and implementation in coordination with Manager.
  • Responsible for content creation coordination for property efforts.
  • Responsible for submitting Website updates to creative services team.
  • Assists with content of all marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Creates and maintains digital marketing assets and promotions in support of property initiatives.
  • Utilizes measurement tools to quantify and grow Social Media presence.
  • Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. 
  • Assists all marketing departments as needed, including acting as an ambassador to the property, servicing high value guests and assisting in promotional events.
  • Identifies content needs for properties such as but not limited to on property collateral, direct mail/email, video needs, possible entertainment ideas, info graphics, etc. Implements content need improvement projects and responsible for timely project completion.
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

  • Must be a minimum or 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or six months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills
  • Basic math sills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license for the state in which you reside. In addition to the pre-employment background check, this position will be subject to periodic checks of your driving record in order to determine your continued suitability to drive company and/or patron vehicles
  • Physical mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
