Check liquor cabinets and cooler for stock pars. Accurately fill out par lists for supervisors input
Keep bar and surrounding work area clean and organized, well stocked and presentable.
Act as an ambassador to the Resort in your engaging and gregarious personality.
Interact with employees and guests in professional and consistent manner to solicit feedback on operations and execution of service delivery.
Complete related job duties assigned by Supervisor.
Ensure that outlet is maintained and clean during all periods of operation.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards established by Margaritaville from time to time is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employee with irregular attendance will be subject to Margaritaville disciplinary action procedures up to and including termination.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes weekends and holidays on a 24 hour/7 day a week basis.
One to three years as a bartender in a high volume environment preferably in a Casino environment.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Sanitation Certified, TIPS Training
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: : Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, percentages and apply to practical situations.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems with multiple variables.
