- Educate customers on betting terminology, bet types, odds formats, and sports betting fundamentals.
- Create and maintain training materials, tutorials, guides, and educational resources.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding betting products, features, and promotions.
- Identify customer knowledge gaps and provide personalized coaching and support.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
- Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements to training programs and user experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, betting products, platform updates, and regulatory requirements.
