Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Directs the Planning and Analysis function to include all marketing and gaming analysis, the annual plan, and quarterly forecasts.
  • This position supports Vice Presidents and Directors in all marketing and gaming P&L centers to evaluate their business profitability.
  • Provides analysis and recommendations to Sr. Executives of all mailings, property player parties, and other database-driven programs to increase guest retention and loyalty.
  • Serves as key-user for WiNet and Marketing Workbench and is able to perform analysis by using Access database.
  • Provides analysis and recommendations for all gaming and non-gaming venues to increase revenue and reduce costs.

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Marketing and Financial Analysis background.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).
  • Experience in Financial Management, income Control, Casino Operations, Accounting Systems experience, Planning and Analysis, and Regulatory.
  • Self motivated. 
  • Detail and results oriented.
  • Excellent math, statistical, and technical financial analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized.
  • Able to work independently in an unstructured environment.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Ability to foster a team oriented environment.
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
