General Accountabilities:
- Greets all guests in a courteous manner, displaying a helpful, CARiNG attitude of EXCELLENCE; assists guest with related Pool needs (i.e., towels, chair cushions, etc.).
- Efficiently attends to and serves guests who are utilizing the pool.
- Monitors access of Pool services to ensure that only Hotel guests have utilization of the amenities.
- Assists in keeping respective area(s) clean and organized; stocks, maintains, and cleans areas.
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests; resolves issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Provides directions and guidance to guests inquiring about the Hotel, amenities, and surrounding area.
- Other duties as assigned.
