2. Community Management & Online Reputation
• Oversee the property’s digital presence through daily active community management, engaging with audience comments, tags, and direct messages promptly and thoughtfully.
• Monitor, manage, and respond to guest reviews across online platforms (e.g., TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, Yelp), striving to maintain a 90%+ response rate.
• Escalate critical guest feedback and sentiment insights to property executive leadership and department heads to support continuous guest service improvements.
• Provide an upbeat, welcoming guest presence during on-property events, promotions, and content capture.

3. Digital, Web & Creative Production
• Maintain and update property websites, landing pages, promotional information, and event schedules to ensure timely, accurate, and search-optimized (SEO) content.
• Produce and resize basic in-house promotional graphics and digital collateral using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Partner with the Corporate Design Studio and enterprise teams for access to brand assets, rights usage, and high-production photo/video shoots.
• Track, analyze, and deliver regular reporting on social media performance and web analytics, translating data into actionable insights for creative and tactical improvements.
