PREMIUM BARTENDER

Prepare and serve premium cocktails, whiskey, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages using approved recipes, techniques, and presentation standards.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations and suggest cigar-friendly beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience.
Greet bar guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings, cigar selection, daily features, premium spirit offerings, events, and lounge standards.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash responsibly, and comply with tab, comp, void, and payment procedures.
Monitor guest consumption and comply with responsible alcohol service standards, TIPS requirements, MLCC regulations, and casino policies.
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, sanitation, stock levels, glassware, garnish readiness, and presentation throughout the shift.
Perform bar setup, breakdown, restocking, par communication, and product-handling duties as assigned.
Assist with inventory control, requisition communication, product rotation, and waste/breakage reporting as applicable.
Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, management, runners, cigar lounge team members, and casino personnel.

Minimum 2 years of high-volume bartending experience; upscale lounge, craft cocktail, fine dining, nightclub or private club experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, mixology techniques, and premium service standards.
Willingness and ability to learn premium cigar basics, pairings, and lounge product knowledge.
Excellent communication skills and polished, professional appearance.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a cigar lounge environment.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) license.
Ability to follow verbal and written direction clearly.
Must meet all Michigan gaming regulatory, union membership, and property employment requirements.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
