General Accountabilities: - Responsible for physical and video surveillance of the activities of customers and employees in all gaming and money handling areas. - Observes and reports all gaming violations and/or thefts of company property. - Operates monitor room equipment, including basic computer functions; monitors slot equipment of SiS System to provide security for company assets and funds. - Maintains video surveillance of the entire casino (e.g., Gaming Floor, Race/Sports Book, Food and Beverage outlets, cashiers, Count Rooms, parking lots, hotel/casino complex, etc.); records any irregular activity as required. - Learns all games in use at the property, and all procedures and cheating indicators of those games; learns and uses various card count systems.
- Responsible for maintaining close surveillance on all casino table games, service center, slots, and other activities via electronic monitoring systems, observing both guest and employee activity to maintain integrity of games and company assets. Responsible for utilize necessary equipment to identify, record, document, and report illegal and unusual activities to the appropriate authorities. Ensures guests enjoy a positive gaming experience due. Other duties as assigned

Responsible for successful completion of the Surveillance Operator training program. Training will include surveillance instruction on detecting illegal activity or violations of company and surveillance policy and procedures. Training will also include instruction of compliance requirements for Federal, State and local gaming laws and regulations.
