The IT Project Manager is a role that offer Remote flexibility, ideally in the Las Vegas, NV or Wyomissing, PA area(s). The primary responsibility is to manage IT projects including developing project plans, following Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid project methodologies, setting up project teams, and ensuring that projects are managed efficiently to budget and deadlines.- Manages both Waterfall and Agile projects from original concept through to final implementation. - Plans, implements and executes all assigned casino promotions and player development events - Develops promotion and event proposals within defined budgetary and strategic parameters.- Upon approval, creates rules and regulations for promotions and events for submission to the Mississippi Gaming Commission.- Develops implementation timelines and task lists and coordinates all aspects of promotions and events with Advertising, IT, Player Services, Food & Beverage, etc.- Configures and tests promotional set-up, and creates prizes in ACSC and other supporting computer programs.- Works promotions and events (nights and weekends as necessary). - Reconciles event manifests, vendor invoices and assists with analysis of promotions and events.- Responsible for interdepartmental communication of designated promotions and events.- Researches competitive promotion and event programming, and presents information to Management.- Resolves guest complaints and disputes, exercising discretion and judgment.- Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.- Any and all duties as assigned by the Casino Marketing Manager or other members of management.

- Perform general cleaning duties in public areas of the Casino Facility. Areas may also include Casino gaming floor, banquet rooms, restaurants, retail shops, museum, elevators, escalators and back-of-house employee locations (e.g. locker rooms, administrative offices etc.).- Carpet cleaning in halls & corridors, unobstructed and obstructed space by cleaning edges, spot cleaning and shampooing with specialized equipment, as directed.  - Clean hard floor surfaces in halls & corridors, unobstructed and obstructed spaces by dust mopping, wet mop & rinse, using equipment as directed. - Perform dusting and polishing duties on slot machines, art works, pictures, walls, columns, stair wells, baseboards, waste cans, furniture and fixtures to the highest established standards. - Perform cleaning duties on windows and doors while utilizing tools to achieve established high standards.  - Remove all trash and debris, clean all trash cans in assigned zone areas. - Prompt attention to cleaning up spills or accidents or debris. - Conduct all guest and staff interactions in a pleasant and helpful manner and be knowledgeable of and forthright with information about our property and services. - Maintain a clean working area at all times and ensure that equipment and work materials are not left in an unsafe or unsightly manner.

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Purchasing department.This is a dual property role-two casinos within the brand. - Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and provides recommendations; ensures compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reports budget concerns to manager- Manages the procurement and deliveries of materials, supplies, and equipment for one casino within the brand- Responsible for monitoring and supporting the Property’s diversity spend initiatives- Responsible for procurement and expediting of all material supplies, equipment, and services across state and at properties- Monitors results of department/function through inspection, evaluation, and analysismakes changes if necessary to achieve end result- Ensures all vendors comply with licensing requirements for appropriate regulatory bodies- Ensures that the procurement process is operating in an effective manner to ensure the optimum benefit as it relates to the bidding process, terms of contract, and negotiations with vendors, while maintaining compliance with state regulations and internal controls- Recommends substitutions for appropriate considerations/requests and analyzes quotes from vendors for unusual items- Negotiates with vendors for good and services; negotiates the best possible price and service guarantee- Develops new supply source where vendors are inadequate- Audits blanket purchase orders and releases against blanket requisitions- Purchases items and services on an advanced level- identifies and implements economic savings and synergies across properties as appropriate- Responsible for staff development and training programs- Responsible for rewards and recognition program to maximize employee engagement- Evaluates team members within department and delivers constructive feedback to employees regarding performance- Determines recommendation for staffing - Responsible for employee performance (disciplining, coaching, counseling)- Responsible for the overall achievement of departmental customer service goals

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: - Pressure washes outside of casino, decks, entrances to the casino, and other areas as needed and/or as directed. - Cleans grounds and removes litter. - Removes all trash from parking lot as needed. - Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup. - Water’s lawn and shrubs; trims plants as needed. - Cleans out drainage, ditches, and culverts. - Maintains cleanliness of outside smoking area. - Maintains parking lots and adjacent areas in a sanitary manner. - Makes minor repairs on equipment such as lawn mower, spreader, and snow removal equipment. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters. 

Position ensures the proper identification of horses prior to entering track for official morning workouts. - Individual will be positioned at the main entrance to racetrack for morning workouts. - Individual will coordinate with official clocker and horsemen to obtain, and disseminate proper information on official workouts. - Individual may act as backup or secondary timer for morning workouts. - Proper identification of horses through variety of sources: communication with trainers/exercise riders/grooms; physical observation; verification of lip tattoo. Verification of distance(s) for official workouts.  - Backup or primary timing of some or all workouts. - Cross reference with official clocker to verify official workouts prior to disseminating to industry databases.  - Must interact with horsemen on a ragular basis.  Position may require manual operation of clocking systems. - Days/Hours: Monday through Saturday from approximately 6:30 a.m. till Noon, Sunday from approximately 7:30 a.m. till 11 a.m.

- Must assist with all the morning work in the Racing Secretaries' Office.  This work includes; rider changes, producing the next day's program, getting entries filled and getting the overnight completed for the following race day.- Must act, at times, as Placing Judge. These duties include gathering all scratch information and changes and coordinating that data into the information system which produces the official track program and proof read all data entry.- During the race help keep patrons informed of the top four horses by posting numbers on the tote board and TV screens throughout the race until the horses are near the wire at which time the boards are cleared. As the horses cross the finish line the judges mark the order in which they have viewed. Verify the order of finish with the aid of the photo finish cameras and order photo to be printed for TV display if needed.- Must act, at times, as Paddock Judge.  These duties include observing the horses in the paddock prior to the running of a race, and records equipment used on the horses for racing, also ensures that a responsible trainer or groom is in the paddock to saddle the horse and prepare it for the race.  The Paddock Judge is also involved in seeing that a published workout is in the program or announced if not available by press time.- Must act, at times, as Identifier.  These duties include being responsible for foal papers, coggins test results and tattoos to be sure the correct horse is running in any given race.  The identifier goes to the paddock at race time and checks each horse's tattoo.- Must act, at times, as Patrol Judge. These duties include gathering, soliciting and processing a sufficient number of horses from horsemen to card the required amount of races. Assisting the Stewarts by viewing the races from a designated stand and submits to them the information regarding any infractions noticed in that area.- Must act, at times, as Clerk of Scales. These duties include processing the jockey's riding assignments, verifying the weight assigned is carried by the rider by weighing them on the scale and relay information regarding any changes to the Stewarts and public via the track Announcer.- When no rider is named for a horse or when a rider chooses to ride a horse other than the one he is named on, the Clerk seeks to get a replacement rider from the trainer or name one if the trainer cannot be reached. Verify that each rider scheduled to ride is in the jockey's quarters at the required times.- Must act, at times, as Claims Clerk.  These duties include delivering claim envelopes to the Steward Stand prior to the race to ensure the person trying to make the claim is in good standing with the Licensing and Bookkeeping Offices.  Once the claim is approved by the Stewards, the Clerk returns to the racing office with claim and follows up on what needs to be done, particularly if more than one person is trying to get the same horse.

- The Racing Valet is responsible for ensuring that the Jockeys, Jockey equipment, and attire are prepared and secured for each race in a timely and efficient manner. - Ensure that horses are saddled properly. - Prepare jockey equipment prior to each race. - Ensure that jockey is properly attired for each race. - Assist jockey in unsaddling of horses . - Provide professional representation at internal and external meetings and events. - Demonstrate abilities to meet performance expectations with Communications, initiative/Problem Solving, Guest Service/interpersonal Relations, Work Habits and Conduct, and Responsible Gaming/Business Ethics. - Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the customer service program. - Adhere to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.

 - Maintains requisition files to ensure receipts are accurately recorded.- Verifies vendor invoices for accuracy.
