- Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.- Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and general operating condition of slot machines.- Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.- Replaces parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; may repair some circuit boards, with assistance. - Utilizes shop machines to fabricate standard or routine parts. - Maintains moderate skill levels in mechanical and electronic functions, with possible advanced skills in either. - Responsible for the machine initial fills. - Assists in jackpot payouts and the verification process.- Responsible for the inspection, installation, and removal of slot machines.- Maintains player-tracking system and EZ Pay equipment. - Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems. - Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly (e.g. slot machine meter logs, parts logs, conversion forms, etc.). - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

- Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with slot machines and related equipment. - Perform routine maintenance on all slot machines and related equipment per manufacturer's specifications. - Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with ACSC slot system and the central control computer server system. - Install, remove, and modify slot machines and related equipment as directed, including full preparation of slot machines for play. - Generate computer reports relating to slot performance and maintenance, as required. - Assist with guest service problems and inquiries. - May serve in the capacity of a traveling VGT Technician or Service Technician if needed.  

- Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Performs minor maintenance on machine interiors, including such functions as clearing bill jams, replacing lights, fixing button problems, etc. - Maintains visual aesthetics of slot machines and video monitors by cleaning slot reels, glass fronts, and display signs. - Notifies slot shop personnel of any major machine malfunctions. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

 General Accountabilities:  - Responsible for responding to work orders of slot machines in a timely and professional manner.  - Conducts emergency drops on machines and monitors drop software to ensure how to respond in an efficient and timely manner. - Inspecting and testing assigned equipment, noting all defective parts and making recommendations for correction. - Maintain maximum efficiency, performing preventative maintenance to slot machines either on the floor or in the slot shop, observing all safety regulations in the performance of assigned duties and reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisors. - Troubleshoots, replaces, or repairs components (Such as bill acceptors, player tracking displays, card readers, etc.).

The soft count clerk collects and counts the currency from the casino on a daily basis. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES  - Ensure soft currency is accounted for and recorded in accordance with company policies and procedures- Ensures company assets are properly accounted for and secured- Manually counts large amounts of currency- Accounts for all Table Games documentation- Operates a currency counting machine- Ability to function with secured access for ingress/egress to Count Room- Attends departmental and company meetings as required

Summary: Responsible for the collection and count of slot cash cans from the gaming floor and the subsequent cash and ticket count conducted in the count room in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength and compliance goals.  Safeguard casino assets at all times.   Count Team members are paid hourly, working Mondays and Fridays as well as the first of the month. Count team members shift length will vary based on business volume and will regularly be longer than an 8 hour shift.   Essential Duties And Responsibilities: - Promote and maintain all steps in the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each casino guest and fellow employees you come in contact with using S.T.A.R.S. - Exchange “hot” slot cans for “cold” slot cans through a process of opening the slot machines and scanning various barcodes in an extremely fast and accurate manner. - Prepare to count money; open slot cans, remove money/tickets and attach barcode for preparation of machine count. - Scan slot can barcode and send money through a Money Processing System machine which separates all currency denominations and tickets. - Strap and brick all money into appropriate values after running through MPS machine.  All straps are dated and initialed by person. - Download and import all files including currency and tickets from the MPSs to be sent to Revenue Audit. - Count each denomination and record on a worksheet and verifies with all members of the team.  - Verify grand total with Revenue Audit. - Prepare transfer of all cash to be received by vault. - Complete preventative maintenance on cash cans and other equipment used by the team. - Abide by all Gaming regulation and policies and internal controls. - Maintain integrity and discretion regarding cash amounts. - Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and the manager. - Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.

The Lead Cook is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the assigned outlet/s.
