The Copywriter role supports the internal Creative Studio on the Brand Marketing team. Their primary responsibility is to support the messaging needs of our internal stakeholders for all things brand, marketing and advertising. This is a remote role.- Responsible for executing assigned marketing concepts through creative copywriting. Conceptualizes and develops all copy for assigned projects. - Develops and generates new, clear, and grammatically correct copy for a variety of marketing channels including but not limited to advertising campaigns, direct mail, email, websites and social. - Partners with cross-functional teams to improve internal and external communications.- Maintains and adheres to tone of voice and messaging strategy in all communications for multiple brands.- Understands various customer personas and demographics for all aspects of the business and creates copy that is relevant/ specific to each audience.- Responsible for translating business objectives into actionable marketing messages. - Provides preventative maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment (i.e. air, plumbing, electrical).- Active team member in all aspects of the Facilities Department., including but not limited to, painting, cleaning, preventative maintenance, filter changes, moving material. This work will be performed inside and outside of the Facility. - Troubleshoot all equipment operations (i.e. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration).- Informs supervisor of any trends or recurring problems with equipment or construction.- Must be able to perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry if requested by a member of management. - Must be certified in a skilled construction or building maintenance trade, i.e. Carpenter, Carpet Layer, Plumber, Pipe Fitter, Electrician, HVAC Technician etc.- Possess the ability to work from heights including ladders, scaffolds and lifts.- Assist other Facilities Technicians when required or assigned- Ability to operate all tools of the trades including power tools safely, maintaining and caring for those tools on a regular basis- Responsible for maintaining shop area, spare parts area, storage area, inventory materials, equipment and associated parts of all the various trades- Must maintain a valid driver’s license in your state of residence and maintain a clean driving record. - Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers, and restaurant host/ess. - Adheres to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Maintains par levels of operating supplies (china, flatware, glassware, utensils), condiments, and paper supplies for each service station, obtaining replacement stock in accordance with procedure. - Removes dirty dishes, solid linen, glassware, and flatware from table and counter tops, and transports items to designated area and cleans tables (wipes) and seats. Ensures that the buffet line is clean and sanitary. - Resets tables with silverware, linen, napkins, and glassware in accordance with established restaurant table top specifications. - Assists servers in their duties (e.g., refills water glasses and coffee cups, helps serve food orders, attends to guest needs) as required. - Wipes counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station. - Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards. - Deep cleans restaurant equipment (e.g., coffee machines, soda and juice dispensers, ice bins), service stations, and refrigerators as scheduled, or required. - Maintains equipment as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures. - Removes and properly disposes of all refuse and debris accumulated in restaurant and service stations in accordance with department procedures. - Resolves service issues according to established guidelines. - Assists in Bar/Beverage set-up. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
