Counts down bank or window at end of each shift and reconciles.• Completes all required shift paperwork according to internal control standards.• Records any applicable cash transactions that are required by Federal Law.• Issues and receives payments.• Cash personal and travelers checks in compliance with approved procedures.• Process lottery transactions with approved procedures.• Efficiently and accurately processes all pari-mutuel wagers in the tote system.• Explain wagering rules, including betting lines and odds, and procedures to guests.• Write, verify, and make payments on tickets for sports wagers in accordance with department policy and procedures and ensures compliance to applicable jurisdictional gaming statues and regulations.• Write Sports tickets in an accurate and timely manner.• Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties.• Manages guest situations; Responds promptly to guest needs; Seeks guest feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.• Stocks stations with adequate supplies; keeps all stations neat and clean.Page 2 of 5• This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and Team Members may also be asked to perform other reasonable related duties as assigned.
