- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Distributes uniforms and wardrobe accessories to employees. - Measures and sizes employee for uniforms as necessary. - Examines uniforms and arranges for cleaning. - Presses and spot cleans uniforms as necessary. - Maintains records of uniforms issued and returned. - Assists employees with uniform exchange. - Maintains current uniform inventory. - Performs simple seamstress assignments as needed. - Follows all departmental, property, and company policies and procedures. - Reports any safety hazards to assigned supervisor. - Conducts minor housekeeping duties; ensures department is neat and orderly. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
- Ensure proper fit of new uniforms and proper repair of existing uniforms to the highest established standards in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals. - Fit and tailor new uniforms for staff. - Provide alterations for uniformed employees when appropriate. - Properly identify garments which can be repaired and discard garments which are beyond repair after reassigning new uniform to employee. - Report to the Wardrobe Lead of any uniform repair work which may appear to be intentionally damaged. - Inform Wardrobe Lead of style flaws which may be reason for repair work occurring with a particular uniform item. - Support uniform handling activities in the Wardrobe areas to include but not limited to restocking clean uniforms. - Ensure machines are properly maintained and in working condition. - Maintain a clean and orderly work area daily.
- Successfully fulfills orders and delivers to different departments on property. - Rotates and stocks incoming goods in warehouse coolers, freezers, and shelves. - Assists the team with monthly inventories in the warehouse. - Ensure all deliveries are checked for spoilage and damage. - Adheres to appropriate policies and procedures in all warehouse tasks. - Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Submit daily documentation of goods received to Accounts Payable Associate. - Compile information; complete and submit reports as needed. - Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment. - Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. - Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes. - Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials. - Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages/overages, and nonconformance to specifications. - Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock. - Deliver or route materials to departments, using work devices, such as hand-truck or sorting bins. - Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using work devices such as hand tools, power tools, and postage meter. - Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed. - Meet departmental uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements. - Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies. - Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter. - Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner. - Any reasonable request made by management personnel. - Protect and preserve assets of the company at all times.

Wednesday - Sunday 4p - 12a - Knowledge of Asian cuisine, including Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, and Malaysian - Skilled in cooking with Wok Ranges - Extensive knowledge in Maki Sushi - Experienced in dumpling and noodle soup techniques - Pan Asian sauce experience - Cook and prepare food products for the Wok and Noodle stations including cutting, trimming, chopping, slicing, carving, mixing, cooking, sautéing, grilling, frying, broiling, baking, and steaming and application of other preparation techniques as required for preparation of food and for venues serviced directly from the kitchen including buffet areas, banquets or party rooms, team member cafeteria, or other venues or areas serviced by the kitchen - Follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products - Maintain freshness of food and beverage items by rotating items as needed and maintaining items at appropriate temperatures - Perform tasks to ensure an attractive and safe physical appearance of working areas including cleaning and sanitizing all areas - Ensure supplies and products are stocked as needed including ensuring that supplies are stocked for the next shift - Follow company procedures for preparing recipes and products - Prepare, display, or serve food and beverage products as necessary including retrieving, arranging, garnishing, setting up, displaying, carving and serving.
