Ensures that all paperwork i.e.; logs, jackpot tickets, W2G’s are documented completely and accurately. Ensures regulatory compliance in all transactions on the Slot Floor. Monitors Slot Floor constantly. interacts with Guests to address complaints, resolve problems and to promote goodwill. Performs minor maintenance on Slot machines. Performs Jackpot payouts properly according to department standards. Safeguards the assets of the company. Performs miscellaneous tasks as required or requested. Performs all duties according to MS Gaming regulations as it pertains to the segregation of duties. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of a designated shift in the Slots department. Supports, administers, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.- Creates effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving guest satisfaction.- Assists in the budget process for the department and provides recommendations; ensures compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reports budget concerns to manager.- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Ensures efficiency of slot machines and related gaming equipment during assigned shift.- Provides authorizing/verifying signature for jackpot payments, when applicable, in accordance with established procedures.- Effectively handles customer concerns and requests; makes final decisions regarding service recovery on assigned shift.- Works closely with manager to implement and oversee overall strategies for engagement, customer service, comp ability, games layout and mix, revenue growth, and expense management in order to maximize profitability.- Maintains and processes all paperwork, logs, schedules, and communication pertaining to the Slots department.- Responsible for the engagement of all team members on assigned shift by addressing and managing team member feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances.- Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations on assigned shift.- Understands and adheres to all bargaining unit agreements (where applicable).- Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within area of authority and reporting potential issues to management.- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
- Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and general operating condition of slot machines. - Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance. - Replaces parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; may repair some circuit boards, with assistance. - Utilizes shop machines to fabricate standard or routine parts. - Maintains moderate skill levels in mechanical and electronic functions, with possible advanced skills in either. - Responsible for the machine initial fills. - Assists in jackpot payouts and the verification process. - Responsible for the inspection, installation, and removal of slot machines. - Maintains player-tracking system and EZ Pay equipment. - Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems. - Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly (e.g. slot machine meter logs, parts logs, conversion forms, etc.). - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

- Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with slot machines and related equipment. - Perform routine maintenance on all slot machines and related equipment per manufacturer's specifications. - Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with ACSC slot system and the central control computer server system. - Install, remove, and modify slot machines and related equipment as directed, including full preparation of slot machines for play. - Generate computer reports relating to slot performance and maintenance, as required. - Assist with guest service problems and inquiries. - May serve in the capacity of a traveling VGT Technician or Service Technician if needed.
