- Loading, unloading, delivering, stocking and rotating all products passing through the receiving dock and designated storerooms. All stock items to be put away and pulled based on computer locations listed on the Receiving worksheet and inventory issues. - Filling requisitions from the designated storerooms and delivering them to the proper locations. - Physically counting any and all inventory items as directed. - Maintaining q designated work area in a neat, clean, sanitary, and organized condition.

- Participates in monthly inventory counts, unloads trucks, receives goods safely, and recycles glass, cardboard, and paper. - Fills requisitions in a timely and accurate manner. - Responsible for mail delivery and the organization and tidiness of Warehouse. - Responsible for safety and cleanliness of all Warehouse areas as per internal and health department standards. - Responsible for checking deliveries for accuracy and product integrity. - Responsible for stocking product on shelves. - Responsible for product rotation. - Delivers non-inventory items to proper department/storage on property.
- Able to utilize all Wok Station equipment and other equipment in the kitchen to the level of "advanced". - Maintains a thorough working knowledge of, and ability, to execute Asian cooking styles and techniques not limited to, wok station, stir-fry, etc. - Ensures that the Asian product, taste, and presentation exceed customer expectations and Food & Beverage standards. - Assists with Sushi station as needed. - Responsible for assisting in the preparation of a la carte and buffet food items.
