- Establishes rapport with guests and creates a friendly and fun atmosphere. - Maintains well-groomed appearance in accordance with Food & Beverage Grooming Standards for Cocktail Servers at all times in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.  - Responsible for prompt, efficient, and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures, and standards. - Knowledge of PLCB and RG standards. - Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends. - Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled. - Accurate and efficient use of POS system. - Monitors guests' alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training. - Assists other Beverage personnel with maintenance such as sidework, opening/closing duties. - Participates as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations.
